Weekly schedule while in New Jersey Stages 1-4: Youth Choir will work remotely and mostly asynchronously with communications flowing from Mr. Ezzo. Zoom meetups will be arranged.
Students in middle school and high school are invited to join Youth Choir.
This is a fun and dynamic time working with Jacob Ezzo, the SOMS choir director. The atmosphere is relaxed but engaging as students benefit from a group voice lesson, and prepare contemporary selections to sing at worship and the annual Candlelight Carols service.
Students in grades 4-8 are invited to perform in our Morrow Musical Theatre Camp (MMTC), held in August of each year. Students in grades 9 and up (including college students and adults) are invited to become team members supporting and directing the MMTC production effort. Contact Shona Roebuck, MMTC Director, for more information.
Wesley Choir presents a biblically-themed musical during worship each May. Students grades 2-5 are invited to act, sing, and dance in this show. Students in grades 6 and up are welcome to help in the production effort. Contact Dr. Holland Jancaitis, Director of Music Ministries, for more information.
Student helpers are welcome during the Wednesday afternoon children’s music programs.
